A Note From Samuel
Fine Chewning is my personal commitment to helping people tune and build real strength: physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I started personal training while studying International Relations in college. At the time, I was also cheerleading, an experience that deepened my appreciation for discipline, performance, and the connection between body and mind. What began as a side job quickly turned into something much deeper. I fell in love with how movement could change the way people felt about themselves, how it gave them confidence, clarity, and energy they could carry into every part of their lives.
After college, I pursued fitness with everything I had. I moved to Los Angeles and immersed myself in the industry, training clients of all ages and backgrounds, from young athletes to older adults, corporate teams, and even English-style horseback riders and competitive rowers. Along the way, I earned certifications in nutrition and senior fitness through NASM, and developed a coaching style rooted in personalization, education, and empowerment.
Fine Chewning is the expression of everything I’ve learned so far. It’s a space for meaningful, intentional training. It’s where you come to feel stronger in your body and more grounded in your life.
