1-1 Personal Training

Every body is unique—and your training should be too. One-on-one coaching is built around personalized programming that meets you where you are and evolves with your goals. Together, we’ll roadmap how your body moves, what it needs, and how to navigate a path toward lasting strength, mobility, and confidence.

I offer in-home personal training with rates based on distance from Central Los Angeles. For those who prefer a dedicated training space, I also work out of a private gym conveniently located near The Grove.

Group Personal Training (2-4 people)

For those with a bit more training experience or who thrive in a social setting, small group training adds energy, accountability, and fun to your workouts. Whether you're training with friends at home, coworkers at the gym, or neighbors in your building, it’s a great way to bring community into your fitness routine.

This option is ideal for people with access to a backyard, a home gym, or a shared fitness space in their building, anywhere you want to turn movement into something social and sustainable. You still get expert coaching—just with more laughter, motivation, and sweat shared.

Senior Strength Training (65+)

As a NASM-certified Senior Fitness Specialist, one of my greatest passions is working with clients aged 65 and up. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to maintain independence and vitality, strength training is a powerful tool for longevity and quality of life. Whether you’re looking for yourself, or you have older people in your life, seeking function, confidence, and freedom of movement, this is one of the most rewarding paths we can take together.

Large Group Fitness & Bootcamps

Leading high-energy group classes is one of my greatest joys. With a background in cheerleading and a passion for motivating others, I bring energy, structure, and inspiration to every session. Group fitness is about collective movement, shared goals, and leaving it all on the floor together.

While most of my work is focused on private and small group training, I still love leading larger group experiences, especially when the season or setting calls for it. Whether it’s a company-wide bootcamp, a pop-up wellness event, or a one-time outdoor class, I’m always open to being booked for sessions like these. It’s a powerful way to connect, move, and get inspired as a community.
